AI Deployment
& Business Systems

Operations Executive at a media startup. I turn teams’ requests into the workflows, automations, CRM/VRM and AI agents they use every day — on a foundation in finance and audit.

Recent work includes multi-agent operations, CRM/VRM systems, platform migrations and project knowledge workflows.

Selected work, from discovery to deployment.

Four systems I led across AI operations, business platforms, relationship data and project intelligence.

  1. 01

    AI-Enabled Operations Layer

    Finance · HR · Legal · IT · Operations · Project Management
    The request

The same questions were asked again and again — and answered by the same person.

    What I built

Built a governed multi-agent operations layer: an orchestrator in front, specialized agents by business area, and a shared operations agent across Finance, Legal, IT, HR and Operations.

    Result

Teams get answers and routine actions from specialized agents instead of waiting on one person — with approval gates wherever an action carries risk.

  2. 02

    Client & Vendor Intelligence Platform

CRM · Vendor relationship management · Data
    The request

Years of client and vendor history sat in cluttered, duplicated records across old tools and projects.

    What I built

Rebuilt years of cluttered client and vendor history into a CRM with re-engagement workflows and a VRM with structured scorecards and tiers.

    Result

Every client relationship has an owner and a next step, and every vendor evaluation starts from what the company already knows.

  3. 03

    Business Systems Transformation

Operations · Project management · Contracts
    The request

A new platform meant every workflow, field and automation had to be rebuilt.

    What I built

Ran each platform migration as a project — rebuilt workflows, fields, permissions, automations and integrations, then trained teams and rolled out.

    Result

When the platforms changed, the way work was requested, approved, tracked and reported kept working.

  4. 04

    Project Intelligence & Operating Systems

Project management · Knowledge management · Reporting
    The request

Every new project was set up by hand.

    What I built

Built an approval-to-workspace project model and a recurring knowledge pipeline that turns project communication into current context for a team agent and a shared Project Hub.

    Result

Every approved project starts with a ready workspace, and the team’s agent works from current project information instead of a stale snapshot.

From a team’s request to a tool people use.

Most of my work starts with a request from a team. I run it as a project — scoped, designed, built and delivered — and choose automation, workflow or AI based on what the work needs.

  1. 01
    Listen
Start from what a team needs: the request, the pain behind it, and who is involved.
  2. 02
    Scope
Turn the request into a project: deliverables, tasks, owners and a delivery plan.
  3. 03
    Design
Design the workflow, records and access rules before choosing tools.
  4. 04core
    Build
Rules where the work is predictable; AI agents where judgment on unstructured information helps.
  5. 05
    Deliver
UAT with the people who do the work, documentation, training and launch support.
  6. 06
    Improve
Watch how it is used, review exceptions, and keep improving it.

Business foundation. Systems thinking. Applied AI.

A cumulative path: accounting and audit, then finance and operations, then the systems, automation and AI built on top of them.
